All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Muscat: 1 business day

Other regions: 1–3 business days

UAE & KSA

Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on location and courier service.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.

Shipping Charges

Oman

Free shipping on orders of 20 OMR and above

Orders below 20 OMR will have shipping charges calculated at checkout

UAE & KSA

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout before order confirmation

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible locations. Customers must provide accurate contact and address details to ensure successful delivery.

Failure to accept delivery without a valid reason may result in restrictions on future orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared via SMS or WhatsApp, depending on the courier service.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that all shipping details entered at checkout are correct. We are not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear supporting evidence (photos or videos). We will review the case and assist accordingly.
