Return & Refund Policy – Skincare Products
Thank you for choosing our skincare products. Your satisfaction is important to us. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, please read our return policy carefully.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Opened or used skincare products
- Products with broken seals
- Items purchased on sale or promotion
3. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24–48 hours of receiving your order with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days using the original payment method.
5. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
